REGISTRATION and FEES

 

Early registration: 08 July - 19 August 2024

Late registration: 20 August - 16 September 2024

 

For all domestic researchers:

In-person presentation registration fee: 1500 TL (The symposium registration fee includes reception refreshments on the first day, lunch for the following two days, and a gala dinner (details to be announced later) on the evening of the first day. Additionally, a symposium bag will be provided.)

In-person presentation second paper registration fee: 800 TL

Remote participation (online presentation) registration fee: 1000 TL

Remote participation (online presentation) second paper registration fee: 500 TL

 

For international participants: 50 €

 

Bank account details for the registration fees will be provided along with the acceptance letters.
